Biography
Hello! I was born and raised in Clinton, CT. I studied Cognitive & Brain Sciences at Tufts University with minors in English and Spanish. After college, I worked for three years as a research coordinator at Yale's Alzheimer's Disease Research Center. It was during this time that I decided to become a physician. I completed my premed requirements at Bryn Mawr College's postbac program and then took a glide year doing pediatric orthopedic research at Boston Children's Hospital. I was lucky enough to go to Brown for medical school and immediately fell in love with Providence and Family Medicine. I completed a dual degree program with a Master's in Primary Care and Population Medicine and was fortunate to have a number of interactions with the Family Medicine faculty. Ultimately it was the people that made me choose to stay at Brown. My passions in Family Medicine include full scope practice, rural medicine, and health policy. I am excited to be staying at Brown for residency and to be a part of the future of Family Medicine!
