Alisha brings over two decades of invaluable experience in healthcare administration to Kent Hospital, where she recently joined the team in March of 2024. With a focus in Graduate Medical Education for the past 5 ½ years, she manages and oversees the main administrative functions of the Family Medicine Residency and the Emergency Medicine Student Clerkship programs in Warwick, RI. Alisha is thrilled to embark on this new chapter at Kent Hospital, where she looks forward to making a meaningful impact on medical education while cherishing the moments that matter most in life.

Formally educated in healthcare administration, Alisha brings a wealth of knowledge and strategic insight to her role at Kent Hospital. She is dedicated to ensuring smooth operation of the residency program, from day-to-day management to long-term planning and compliance.

Beyond her professional achievements, Alisha’s favorite role is that of a devoted mother to a four-year-old who keeps her thoroughly engaged outside of work. She finds joy in cooking, baking and spending quality time with her family. An avid reader, she enjoys exploring new literary adventures in her spare time.
