Kathleen McLaughlin, DO

University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine, She/Her
Hometown Waltham, Ma.

Biography

Kathleen McLaughlin grew up in Massachusetts and stayed close by to complete an undergraduate degree in Biology at Boston University. After college McLaughlin worked in clinical research at the Boston University CTE Center & BU Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center. before moving to Maine for medical school at the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine.

In classic Family Medicine fashion, McLaughlin has many many clinical interests– geriatrics, comprehensive reproductive care, OMT, sports medicine, and advocacy– to name a few! Kathleen chose Brown Family Medicine because of the opportunity to pursue each of these interests and more in an academic center that is deeply rooted in the Providence community.

Outside the clinic you can find McLaughlin playing pick-up hockey, listening to live music, propagating houseplants, or trying a new coffee shop with my partner.
