Kathleen McLaughlin, DO
Biography
Hi there! I am thrilled to be joining Brown Family Medicine. I grew up in Massachusetts and stayed close by to complete my undergraduate degree in Biology at Boston University. After college I worked in clinical research at the Boston University CTE Center & BU Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center. Then, I moved to Maine for medical school at the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine.
In classic FM fashion, I have many many clinical interests– geriatrics, comprehensive reproductive care, OMT, sports medicine, and advocacy– to name a few! I chose Brown Family Medicine because of the opportunity to pursue each of these interests and more in an academic center that is deeply rooted in the Providence community.
In my free time you can find me playing pick-up hockey, listening to live music, propagating houseplants, or trying a new coffee shop with my partner!
