Family Medicine

My name is Lisa, and I am thrilled to be a part of Brown Family Medicine! I attended medical school at University of Massachusetts where I fell in love with the breadth and variety of family medicine and the opportunity it provides for strong longitudinal patient-provider relationships. I am especially passionate about reproductive health and justice, LGBTQ+ health, POCUS, and preventative medicine. Brown's dedication to strong obstetric training and the warm familial environment really stood out to me. I am so honored to be part of a kind and compassionate group of people and to have the chance to give back to the community of Providence and Rhode Island!

Outside of work,  I enjoy spending time with my family (especially my 2 year old nephew!), traveling with my spouse, and trying every delicious restaurant Providence has to offer. I also am a lover of reality TV, board games, and Boston sports - go Celtics! Looking forward to being part of the amazing team at Brown Family Medicine and to become a part of the Providence community.
