Samuel Diaz, MD
Biography
Hi! I’m Sam. I received my undergraduate degree in Medical Anthropology at Brown University, completed medical school at the Warren Alpert Medical School at Brown University, and I’m excited to continue my medical training in this community I’ve come to call home. Within medicine I am especially passionate about reproductive health, gender-affirming care, and preventative medicine.
During my time rotating through the family medicine department as a medical student I enjoyed working with many of the amazing people associated with the residency, and I knew I would love to continue learning from them. I was also drawn to Brown Family Medicine Residency because of the program’s commitment to advocacy and focus on care for underserved populations.
Outside of medicine you can find me exploring parks and beaches around the state or diving into a new creative project.
