Family Medicine

I loved both Providence as a city and the Brown Family Medicine department while studying at Brown as a medical student. I grew up speaking Spanish and wanted to serve a large Spanish speaking community in residency. Additionally, I am very interested in full spectrum family medicine including obstetrics, and saw first hand how capable the FM residents were while on rotations both at the Miriam and at Women and Infants. 

Above all, I wanted to stay at Brown because I already knew the names of all the librarians at the local public library and did not want to leave that behind.
