I see that the Gala is sold out. Is there a waitlist?
Yes. Please email Amelia Newburg to be added to the waitlist.
I'm registered, but I'm no longer able to attend! Can my ticket be refunded?
We'll miss you! Please contact Amelia (email above) and she will connect you directly with the next person on the waitlist. You can get a refund directly from RIAFP, but they will not refund the event fees - selling your ticket directly to another alum is easier.
What is the dress code?
The Gala is formal/black tie optional.
Does The Graduate have valet parking?
The hotel does not offer valet parking.
Where should I park?
The hotel has a self-park garage. Street parking may also be available, although it tends to be limited. Meters are in effect until 9 PM and accept multiple forms of payment.
I have dietary restrictions. How do I let you know about them?

Is The Graduate accessible?
Yes. Please complete this form (same as above) to let us know about any accessibility needs.
Will there be a lactation room available?
Yes. Please ask for the key at the registration table whenever you need it.
Will there be an open bar?
We will have an open beer/wine bar at the reception from 6-7 PM, followed by wine service at the tables during the dinner. A cash bar will be open from 7-10 PM.
Is there a room block at The Graduate?
The room block has sold out, but there may still be rooms available at The Graduate. Other hotels within walking distance:
