When I met the current Brown FM residents at our pre-interview resident social, I immediately knew these were my people -- the residents were friendly, knowledgeable, and so happy! As I learned more about the program, the amazing faculty and comprehensive curriculum blew me away, and I truly felt like the program at Brown would prepare me to be the type of physician I want to become, while also allowing me to pursue my clinical interests (LGBTQ+ care, substance use disorder, behavioral health, outpatient procedures, etc.). Brown's community engagement and resident support were incredibly apparent and additional reasons I knew this program was the right one for me!

I am a huge gymnastics fan! I used to be on the club gymnastics team at UVA during undergrad and now go to the occasional open gym to keep up some skills and watch elite and NCAA gymnastics in my free time. Weightlifting at the gym, indoor volleyball, pickleball, and tennis are other ways I try to stay active. Also a big foodie -- love exploring new places and trying the food there! Will happily accept any and all food recommendations... send 'em my way!
