Family Medicine

I chose Kent Hospital because I was looking for a well-rounded, full-spectrum family medicine training, with opportunities for strong OB/Gyn training including reproductive health care and advocacy, integrated behavioral health care, health care for immigrants and underserved populations, and support for practicing weight-inclusive primary care, all through a social-justice lens. I felt that the residents and faculty were all supportive and happy, and I am so excited to be in the lovely city of Providence and near all the Rhode Island beaches! My interests in Family Medicine include weight-inclusive primary care, reproductive health care and justice, addiction medicine and harm reduction, and medical education. Personally, I enjoy being outside on beaches (my favorite place), roller blading, hiking, concerts, eating ramen, traveling to new cities, and spending time with my friends.
