As one of the oldest family medicine residency programs in the country, continuously accredited by the ACGME since 1975, we blend a long tradition of excellence in residency training with evidence-based innovations in education.
The Department of Family Medicine offers fellowship opportunities in the areas of Global Health, Maternal Child Health, and Primary Care Diabetology.
Our medical student education program is guided by a mission to teach the next generation of physicians the skills, knowledge, and attitudes necessary to provide first-rate primary care.
